Refund policy

We want to be sure you’re as happy with your TAILGATRZ products as we are. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of your purchase, provided it has not been customized, is unused and is still in its original packaging. For products purchased from an authorized dealer, their return policy applies — please contact them directly for more information.

INS AND OUTS OF THE TAILGATRZ RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a return, the following criteria must be met:

•  All returns must be related to a TAILGATRZ.COM order. TAILGATRZ does not offer returns on items purchased outside of TAILGATRZ.COM
• All returns must be processed through our customer service team within 30 days of original purchase. Once approved, you may return it to our warehouse address for refund.
• Any shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable
• Any additional return shipping costs are non-refundable.
• All merchandise must be unused and undamaged and returned in its original packaging.

Once your return has been received, please allow up to 15 business days to process your refund. Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment. TAILGATRZ does not offer store credit or gift cards for returned products.

TAILGATRZ does not price match with dealers or competitors.

Any approved warranty exchanges must be requested separately through our Warranty Form.

SHIPPING YOUR RETURN

We recommend the following guidelines when shipping your return:

• Pack your item securely to ensure there is no damage to the returned product during transit.
• You may use the original product packaging or your own. Please make sure any reference to old tracking numbers is completely removed.
• Insert any related paperwork inside your box. This can include your tracking# or original order number.
• Securely attach your return label to the package.
